Shivas Pharmacy & Travel Clinic

We just visited Shivas Pharmacy and received excellent customer service. I came in with my two young daughters’ to have our yellow fever vaccine, my daughters’ do not like needles but they were made to feel relaxed and comfortable. The process was helped by the friendly and professional staff who were very informative. We highly recommend Shivas Pharmacy. Thanks again.

A lovely lady did my yellow fever vaccination. She was kind and considerate and offered a fast and efficient service. I recommend this pharmacy on the staff alone. Keep up the good work guys.

Used to be decent, even when busy. Went in because I needed my blood pressure checking, and they now charge for the service. Not a token amount, they wanted £5 to check my blood pressure.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I phoned ahead for my repeated prescription to collected, however the lady on the phone said I was hassling her and wouldn't come of the phone constantly explaing how thing take time to be ready.

When I arrived to pick up the medication she was very impolite and had a attitude in serving me showing attitude face.
Absolutely terrible experience,can't tolerate this anymore.

I have now canceled my repeated prescription.

For a few days I'd been trying to book appointments for my two toddlers to have their yellow fever vaccines. It was becoming a bit difficult but luckily I found this place. Staff were super friendly and reassuring. They insisted they would help me with my toddlers which I thought was fantastic. Great experience and would definitely recommend this travel clinic.

I’ve been battling an infection for the last 5 days and every pharmacy was telling me they don’t have any antibiotics.

I called multiple pharmacies and nobody wanted to help. Luckily Miss.Patel helped me and stayed open to give me what I needed. Will definitely be using this pharmacy in the future, thank you!

Amazing service from Shivas pharmacy, inparticular from pharmacist Ms Patel. We had a stressful day with an unwell toddler and were struggling to find a pharmacy open which had the particular antibiotics needed. I telephoned and although the pharmacy was closed, Ms patel opened in order to give me the prescription we needed. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.
