Poor very poor and very poor

Went in infected finger wanted a few bits grabbed and was like pay on card...

Card reader not working yet again having to go to tescos to get cash out...

Waiting around in there for ages to be served evreyone in there who's working looks like they have had enough

The talk on the street is very poor and phone lines and card readers always not working

Grumpy staff disorganisation

Changed my prescription from Lloyds chemists to clock house pharmacy because the service from Lloyds was horrendous, l have had 5 prescriptions from clock house so far, phone them early get them ordered and ready in few days.fantastic service and so polite on the phone, best customer service you can get.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever come across! The waiting times are disgusting and even after almost waiting what feels like a lifetime in there they still get it wrong and they give you parts of your order and still leave you waiting. Seriously fix up! I ordered my babies cream a week ago, a week later come to collect and they’re out of stock! This place is a joke. The gp sent the e prescription because it was urgent, they claim it’s not there so I requested it as it’s already on repeat but will leave me waiting a few days and then a week later - this!! They’re out of stock. What a bunch of unprofessional people. Also your pharmacist does not know the difference between Levothyroxine and norithisterone - apparently it’s the same thing!! And tried to fob my husband off with an incomplete order!! Fuming. This place needs to fix up. I’ve only ever experienced inconsistencies in this place. It’s the worst. Avoid

Worst pharmacy I have been too, they keep you waiting forever, yet there seems to be 4 or 5 staff around. 9 times out of 10 I have to come back as they dont have my prescription, they say come back the next day which I do and queue again only to be told its still not in

The staff in the shop are constantly trying to help customers and are so nice but are fighting a loosing battle when the cover pharmacists clearly have no interest and are rude,unfortunately since the shop has been taken over things have dramatically deteriorated and it is poorly managed

Fantastic local pharmacy. Always very helpful and available. Always open. And very competitive.

Went in three times to find out about flu shots, they couldn't care less, made getting a face to face with a GP seem straight forward comparatively.....
