If I could give them 0 stars than I would. Service is always so slow,I don't even know why Friends Rd,GP's send their prescriptions there! The chemist frequently hasn't got your meds, so you have to comeback week later! The staff at best seem comatose. Absolutely useless pharmacy and I will be requesting to move to either Boots,or Superdrug!PS.When I told them that I will moving to a different pharmacy, I was told " the doctors won't be happy "😩Seriously so unprofessional and I am not happy with the level of your service!

Don't trust the opening times on Google and displayed on the door here. Turned up at 17:15 on a Thursday and the doors were locked (Google and door signs say 18:00 close) will get my prescription elsewhere with longer opening hours from now on.

Im in lost with this pharmacy. Opening hours doesnt exist. Every time i come there they are closed. I need to collect my prescription today, as im off on weekends only and google says new opening hours for saturday they close at 1pm. This is a joke. Will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Stay away from this pharmacy the customer service is disgusting, lady kissed her teeth constantly at my daughter because she had to get up and serve her. Handed her her very private item without a bag and said yeah you're done! Been trying to call all morning to find out head office number and her name but phone constantly engaged so obviously take the phone off tge hook to not have to serve the public..had to give one star but deserves none

Really helpful with my Bupa Babylon Digital Prescription - although didn't have both the medications I needed, advised me to try elsewhere then come back and they could order it in for me - they printed my prescription to make it easier for me to go to other pharmacies as well, good service, honest staff

Honestly would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They do not open on time and customer service is awful.

The worst pharmacy i have ever been to. they discriminate against the disabled and the vulnerable. They are very rude and don't give the medication that they are supposed to not even worth a star. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the member of staff that served me today around 15:00, I didn't catch her name I think she is the dispenser. I came to pick up my husband prescription, although there were a couple of patients waiting but she managed the queue nicely with a big smile on her face. Very good service.
