Had prescriptions over a week went to collect today made me sit for 30mins waiting with a tired two year old after telling me they just needed to add Cream to bag then spent them 30mins making up other people’s prescriptions walked out and will be the last prescription I get from there!!!

I've had consistent problems using this Pharmacy. I have been told my medication will be available the next day only on my return to be told its going to be be 3 months, with no concern whatsoever for how that would affect me or advice/help offered. The senior staff are cold, unfriendly and will never show you an ounce of compassion (the staff who man the tills are very polite). Prescriptions get lost regularly. Expect to be ignored while you wait if they are in the middle of discussing what was on tv the previous evening.

I was treated like a absolute fool I got accused of stealing Lancets and test strips for my diabetes machine which I needed while pregnant to test three times a day to make sure my sugar levels where safe for my baby I ran low on my Lancets and strips and when I called in for my next lot the lady said i could not of used that many that quick i explained why i had to use so many they then got sorted but fell they short of the amount I needed I went back and asked for the correct amount and I got accused of stealing them I mean really why would I all that mattered to me was the safety of my.child I felt extremely embarrassed and felt like I was showed up the way this lady made me feel was horrid and I hope no one ever has to go through this again

Brilliant place. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have always been greeted with a smile no matter how busy they are. Even in this lockdown the staff have been friendly and kind. Yes they messed up a prescription for my wife once but once spotted it was sorted out straight away and with an apology. I highly recommend them

Used to be a really good pharmacy. Experience over the last 6 months has been dire. Everything from dispensing incorrect medicine to repeatedly having repeats not reordered, medication missing and lack of stock. The nail in the coffin was they have stopped their repeat re-ordering system now entirely.

The staff all do their best. I have heard people be unkind to staff they have to put up with aggressive and rude customers. Sometimes it can be a little slow but that is more to do with having so much pressure. People should be a lot kinder and be grateful.

Patients beware!!

I would rate this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. Having had my prescription delivered since last year, I had no problems. This year it’s been nothing but trouble. Having paid the driver with cash in August I’m now receiving fines for the August to November, when I questioned the pharmacy they have repeatedly said they’re records are correct- so where is all that cash? And why did I continue to receive medication?
I do really question what kind of establishment they are running with money going missing and their incorrect records, I would advise anyone in the local area to avoid this pharmacy. What added insult to injury is when I phoned them up the management repeatedly talked over me and said their was no wrong doing and that, rather conveniently the driver doesn’t remember receiving any cash payments. An obvious attempt to dubiously cover up their tracks.

Edit:
Since this review, I have had to send off evidence to the NHS to prove I’ve paid for the prescription this included bank statements and dates of withdrawal, so thanks to this pharmacy the NHS is now questioning my integrity.
And since phoning the management, they have continued to attempt to deliver despite me saying I would no longer like my medication delivered? You couldn’t make it up!

I've now stopped the delivery service. They are asking me if I can verify if I had collected my medication. They were so quick to say I hadn't paid and send charges without even a phone call or human decency, but now they can't keep tabs on when I've even collected my medication! The pharmacy is truly starting to crack and show it's incompetence.

Still repeatedly having problems with this pharmacy. Have no update on medication which I've routinely had for about four years, for some reason my request isn't going through, the aggravation from this place is beyond a joke now. I wonder how hard is it to simply dispense medication? The waiting isn't an issue. It's the sheer lack of communication.

The only reason I’m still using them is because of the surgery and it’s excellent service. This pharmacy is an absolute shambles.
