Very bad experience. I have ordered quite expensive antibiotic and I received cheaper substitute. When I asked the lady why they gave me not what I paid for and what is the price difference, she said the price is the same! What a lie! I said that I would like to have my antibiotics not a substitute. I was told they need to place an order so I have to wait another few days. When I received my antibiotics the sticker they placed on a box was with correct amount of tablets but after counting them there was only a half of my tablets! Another lie! AVOID!

The service is so terrible. I look after someone with Parkinson’s . They are supposed to deliver the blister pack to him , 3 times was not delivered. Once the medicine was not done properly. Good think I check always . Pharmacy staff ok but the ladies are not very helpful.

This pharmacy is only used when I feel I have no other choice. The staff are generally dismissive and customer service is poor. I like the fact they do travel vaccinations but things could be more organised - for example I have collected large prescription orders and they have left one thing out meaning I have to return to get the one item they’ve missed out. The store did have a big refurbishment which is wonderful but perhaps an overall moral / attitude change should come with that.

I suppose typical customer service that you could expect, rather ignorant and intrusive, like a pay as you go top up where they want to see cash before even acknowledging you.

Not a great experience when picking up prescriptions. Front cashier staff gesture and grunt towards the back of the shop. Pharmacists working behind the counter are better. Will only be using them to pick up prescriptions, won't be purchasing goods as the service is unwelcoming. What a shame as everyone is trying support local business but shops like these deter customers. Hope service will improve.

The service here is terrible, I asked for some advice on a cough and before I finished my sentence, the pharmacist pulled out three things she said I should buy - I tried to explain my symptoms in more detail but she stopped me mid-sentence and say the items she suggested is what I needed. After paying I realised I needed a bag and she bit my head off and said I should of told her before hand. This place is also very expensive.

One bitten twice shy, I won’t be going back here again and I suggest you don’t either.

Ps, she didn’t even have her mask covering her nose and mouth.

Avoid if you can and go to somewhere close like Boots or Superdrug. Staff is old and they are grumpy like they are living in the past, and have no idea how to operate the cash register software. They have asked me to pay twice for the same prescription. I also saw some young people working there sometime who were actually nice but not the same person twice.

Rip off. Dispensed an extra item not present in my latest prescription and overcharged - full 9 GBP NHS charge for a 5 GBP regular price over the counter thing. Unfriendly slow senile staff. Never again!!
