I am a local and I have used vineyard pharmacy for the last 7 years but after today, I am never going back. We had a 7 day prescription for antibiotics for my toddler which they dispensed. 100 ml/20 doses of 5 ml. I had enough for only 16 doses and only 3 ml for 17th dose. I went back to them because I didn't want the antibiotics dose to be stopped in between. And the pharmacist claimed that I must have wasted the medication. Now I use a medical syringe for dispensing the medication and not the spoon they give to be extremely precise and even if there is something stuck to the syringe or the bottle I can understand 1 dose (5ml) wastage, how can I be missing more than three doses. They kept harping on about how they don't know what happens in my home and how I could have spilled or wasted and I said that how would I know if you didn't make a mistake in how much water you added to the suspension... To which the pharmacist was extremely rude again and said I need to go to the doctor end of story. I think he is going to hear from the relevant authorities soon. The staff otherwise have been good to us but unfortunately this has put me off from going there ever again. i will not recommend using the pharmacist unless you wish to be treated rudely.

Incredibly rude staff, never smile at customers, never even say hello, completely clueless about simple medical advice that every pharmacist should be able to give.

Today even refused, in front of my eyes, to help a pregnant woman carry 2 heavy bags from the til to her car which was parked litteraly in front of the pharmacy, although there were 4 staff in the shop and only 2 customers!

Disrespectful scumbags. Never going back, there is a great Boots 5mins walk from here in Warrington Crescent.

They are really friendly, fast and efficient. Also, they receive electronic prescriptions really, really quickly and their systems seem to be operating well (Boots always had problems - at everyone I nominated in multiple areas).
I also have esoteric regular medications which is very, very difficult to find anywhere else (a problem with certain suppliers production) and they never have any issues prescribing me these meds.

Also, had the flu jab as an unplanned walk-in, really quick and very little waiting. Much better than very busy Boots where you have to book weeks in advance and still have to wait for your appointment.

All in all, one of the best nominated pharmacies I have ever used so far.

Always lovely and helpful, they are a small family business that isn't part of an international chain. Would never go anyplace else.

Such a fantastic pharmacy. All the staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond. I’ve never been let down by them. Such a great service to have in the neighbourhood.

Don't do PCR (fit to fly) test in this place! My sister, Zita Rolyte, has paid for next day results, but the test has arrived two days later. She had to go to a different place last minute so she wouldn't miss her flight! My sister has been told that she'll receive the results via email, if for some unknown reason pharmacy does offer to deliver the results direct to our address, then the courier has never even attempted to deliver an important letter but the email has eventually arrived (with the results) that was no longer much of a help!

“Good morning may I get my blood pressure checked?”
“Sure my colleague there will be able to help you “
“Good morning may I get my blood pressure checked?”
“No, we don’t do it because of Covid and social distancing “
Interestingly, none of the staff wearing a mask.
