Zara Pharmacy NHS

The worts customer service I have ever received in a pharmacy.The women didn't even looked at my face ,did not finished to serve me and went to serve someone else,stood while I was struggling with the door and the push-chair on my way out.
At least she could fake an smile

Best service I’ve had from any pharmacy. Pharmacist and the staff are very friendly. Medication is always ready on time.

Walked in for my vaccine, staff were super efficient and friendly with the service, totally recommend

I heard they are charging everyone different prices for the PCR my friend her one done for £15 and then they told me to pay £75 I am very disappointed 😓

Rubbish pharmacy, staff are not helpful, very argumentative and not willing to solve the issues in hand. Unable to manage repeat prescription and then will blame patients for not keeping track of their medication orders.
Hopefully GPhC can get better outcome for other patients

Covid test done throw the pharmacy, utterly and completely disappointed. Test result never came, pharmacy shifting blame on royal mail and the lab, refusing to refund the cost of the test.
I'd avoid getting your covid test there.
