Thank you for all your hard work
As I live in Sutton there were no pharmacies opened after 6:45-8pm which could attend to my needs. Desperate to take my medication due to medical complications, I found Horley Late Night Pharmacy was the nearest pharmacy open to me. So I made the 22 mile Journey.
Now don't get me mistaken I don't like to go travel about unless I have too, so after initially arriving at Horley Late Night Pharmacy, I was greeted by the Pharmacist Rand.
Rand was so courteous and welcoming, Rand was able to give my medication which I ideally traveled for and furthermore gave sound advice on how to manage my medical condition.
After this great experience I have never looked back, I am on repeat medication and regularly visit this pharmacy to collect. Also the dispensing time for walk-ins is brilliant and I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes for my other medication. Unlike lloyds pharmacy over the road who once told me to come back as it was very busy.
So all in all I conclude that if you want to go to a pharmacy that will look after you, and have staff that will put you first, this is the place to go!! I promise you the bad reviews this pharmacy got is absurd, and doesn't reflect what I experience.
Could not find a better pharmacy anywhere. Always smiling, hardworking and give very good advice. They go the extra mile for all their patients.
How can they justify making something so simple, so complexed. if this is privatisation I dont approve.
Edit. I later got told off for this revue by the pharmacist and her mother about how it's affected their business. When I returned to get this prescription. No apology for delay in issuing it when i needed it. No concern for how sick with nausea and in pain I was without my prescription. I wasn't asking for anything unusual or restricted. And it seemed a busy pharmacy. My surgery had issued it. They'd had plenty time but just kept making excuses.
I also had to report them for not honouring my prescription pre-payment card. As I was made to pay to get my prescription. And they vindictively kept the receipt. I Always judge a service by how they treat you when things go wrong.
When I changed pharmacy to Tesco and never had an issue.
In all honesty you need to treat all of your customers with respect and in a non aggressive manner whilst speaking to them. If you can’t provide a service that supports the community you probably need to work in a company that is not customer facing.
I find your aggression totally unacceptable and not warranted.
This is not the 1st time that our community have made complaints about your assistants being rude.
Personally I would consider using a different pharmacy that understands customer service and without the aggressive attitude.
