Touchwood Pharmacy

I was disappointed with their service as I had to wait 25 minutes this morning to receive my grandson's medication as the person who received my prescription left it somewhere the pharmacist couldnt see it. I found 5 people who came after me receiving their medication within 5 to 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and asked the lady in blue coat who said "we are very busy", not very politely. I assumed they would have a system to have the prescriptions in an orderly manner, so that they can prepare the medication accordingly. The pharmacist was very apologetic but it wasnt her faul.

And the award for the most unprofessional and appalling customer goes to Touchwood Pharmacy. Member unable to communicate without raising her voice, so much for confidentiality.

I hope to meet this member of staff in my field so she can actually experience professionalism, something she doesn't want to achieve.

A simple change of pharmacy for a NHS repeat prescription tuned into a game of tennis between the pharmacy and my surgery due to the arrogance and unwillingness to provide customer service.

Stay away from this pharmacy.

After a few episodes of poor, slow and impolite customer service encounters, the last two visits have been fast, friendly and efficient. Thank you Nicola and the pharmacist...he prepares my medication quickly without making me wait around.

Happy they that they seem to have put a stop to all the chatty unprofessionalism. Last time I came they were loudly discussing a customer who had just left.
However they still take a long while, longer than anywhere ive been. The upside is i eventually got my medicine.

It's the pharmacy where I pick up my prescription, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and professional service occasionally issues quickly resolved.
Recommended.

Staff are helpful and professional, but being closed all weekend (!) means it’s almost impossible to get a prescription filled if you have a full time job. Disappointing.
