James Pharmacy & Travel Vaccines Clinic

Came to James Pharmacy after being messed around for 3 weeks by my GP, and can not fault the service one bit. Needed jabs after booking a holiday to Thailand, and, like I said, after being messed around by my GP for 3 weeks, it was getting very close to when I was leaving. Thankfully, I found this place, and within 4 days of first going in, I had all necessary vaccinations as well as a host of other information I should know before my visit. Absolutely fantastic place, and thank you to all the staff who treated me brilliantly. Regardless of this being a private clinic, I beg anyone reading this who is in any doubt as to whether they should visit or go elsewhere, these wonderful people are absolutely top tier, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. 5* place with 5* service. Thank you everyone who helped me out!

I cannot rate Emily and her colleagues at James Pharmacy Travel clinic in Cheltenham highly enough. I recently needed rabies vaccinations for a family of 4 (two busy working parents and two active teenagers) at relatively short notice at a time when there was a national shortage of the vaccines and the course of injections required 3 separate visits. Firstly James Pharmacy took a telephone call straight to someone knowledgeable and competent - instead of requiring an online questionnaire to be filled out (and invariably processed, as I found to my cost, by someone "not medically trained") . Secondly, having listened to my problem, it was apparent that there were literally 3 Saturdays - and no others - that would fit the schedule required. Emily then went out of her way to source the vaccines and arrange Saturday cover so that all could be administered in time for the vacation. The alternatives were all at least an hour's drive away with no guarantee that the vaccine shots would be available !! Just fantastic service from James, please support them.

Excellent travel vaccine service, always have time for you on the phone making you feel valued. In person service is just as good. I can't recommend them more !!!! James, Noella, Cara and JJ

Made an appointment 4 weeks ago to have typhoid vaccination, the clinic at the time of booking didn't ask for contact details. Arrived on the date of vac to be told they had ran out and did not have our contact details (they didn't ask for them when making the appointment in person). Very poor service.

I was looking for a particular product for my daughter that was prescribed by my doctor . I went to my pharmacy next to where I live and the response was really not so good very disappointing not even bothering to check the product on line so I moved onto another pharmacy near by and they were helpful and took the effort to look on line and said they could order it but I thought my last shot I would go to this pharmacy and I have to say I was treated so so well the effort the girl took to try to find it in the pharmacy but couldn't as it something most places don't hold stock of . She then took time to search for it online finding it and ordering the product . I left it on order for the next day hoping that it would come. In the morning I got a phone call to say it arrived . Yes it might be just one item but the attitude, care and efficiency they took was really so good, nothing was a problem and they were all so kind, helpful and made me feel important. .Thank you Maddi Sofie Silvi and Tom and by the way the product worked so far so good .

A great and conveniently located pharmacy with approachable, non - judgmental staff members who never rush you or get irritable, even when the shop is full of customers and the phone is ringing off the hook ! They will always make time to answer your queries and really listen to you and any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
