The best run pharmacy I have ever been to. I went to pick up my prescription and everything was already prepared. Exceptional service from the friendly and professional staff. Google needs to add another star just for this pharmacy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After having visited a couple Dermatologists for my inflamed & irritated eyelids, and no results achieved, I decided to consult with the pharmacist, Meha, at Swiss Cottage location. She suggested a certain cream and a few other products to try. Within 24 hours I experienced significant improvement. She is a truly professional pharmacist with expert knowledge and their staff is very polite and equally helpful.

Teun, from the Green Light Pharmacy, really went above and beyond all expectations. As a vulnerable chemotherapy patient, I was trying to get a 4th booster to urgently travel to see my Mum of 91 in Australia. Despite being sent an email by the NHS recommending I have the 4th jab, it seemed I needed a letter from my GP confirming this. Teun could have just sent me away but instead helped me navigate the NHS bureaucracy and relentlessly contacted my GP over several days to get the necessary approval. I was so grateful for such kindness - what a lovely person. This is really a great pharmacy! I would recommend them unreservedly.

So grateful to Green Light Pharmacy. They did my son's travel vaccinations for a trip to India. When he fell ill with a rapidly spreading rash and speeding heartrate on Day 3 of the trip, I called them up, then sent some photos. They spoke to their GP and gave the best advice. He went straight to the hospital and is now recovering after two anti-histamine injections and a drip. Probably something he ate.... So impressed by their speedy reaction time. What a relief!

The Pharmacist who carried out the test was very good and was fully aware of different types of test and how they work. She informed me all of this while taking a test and this shows the professionalism. All the staff were helpful and kind. The place is very clean and have easy access.
