Great experience! Staffs are friendly and very helpful. One staff named Pranav helped me to get a medicine which was too difficult to find in other pharmacies. He also suggested a syrup for acidity and that worked as a magic.

I have booked an appointment with this pharmacy via Patience Access and when I got there, they were not even aware that I was coming.
Maybe the service was only available for the week days but if that is the case, they shouldn't have slots available for the weekend.
You pay a fee (£19) for the service and you don't get the service that you are expecting!
The staff was friendly and helped with what they could but I don't live around the area, so it felt like a waste of time.
Contact them before you book an appointment for the weekend. Thanks

Called in to see if they had stock of my prescription, they didn’t but said they could order in for the next day. I go to pick up 14 capsules and am told the charge is £35. I ask for my script back considering that’s extortionate and I’ve paid £12 at boots max. I hear an exchange behind the counter between staff and suddenly the price is now £16. They explain how they had to order in a whole box which costs £35 and i’m taking less than half so they tried to charge me for the whole thing. They then have the audacity to ask me to come back in 2 weeks when i get a new prescription so I can pick up the rest from them and their box is not wasted 😂😂 just lost for words is all.

Make countless mistakes in putting correct medicines in dosage boxes.
Pravinbhai senior pharmacist is humble and helpful, but some of his staff letting him down.
Despite numerous attempts to reason with them how important it is to have correct medicines on time and not make mistakes in having correct medicines in weekly dosage boxes, they still put double of same one and miss putting other key medicine. Considering there is apparently a two-step checking process in place before medicines are delivered , it beggars belief they get it wrong often. Otherwise the staff are helpful ...

The young man who is working there in morning time is very rude and trying to skip the conversation with excuses and not acceptable behaviour coming from him like if he is the Bose of me. The lady try to help me but he stops her to help me. Poor hospitality with customer and rude behaviour not giving the same medicine quantity what is meant to be and in less quantity.

Sold me a day 2 lateral flow test on the day government guidance changed to compulsory PCR 2 days after arriving from abroad. They refused to take it back and refund the £25 knowing that it's not fit for purpose suggesting that I had used its code. The item was not used at all..very rude unfair treatment.

The kind of Pharmacy that one automatically recommends to others. The pharmacists make all the difference - and the team here set the tone for other chemists to follow. Many thanks RJ's for providing a first-rate service.
