Safedale Pharmacy

Staff here are so helpful and friendly. They really strive to make things easy for customers and resolve any issues swiftly (issues caused by my GP surgery, not them!). They treat you as an individual and seem to genuinely care about the service they provide. So glad to have them as my local pharmacy!

The main pharmacist here is a true gent! Recognises many of the customers here and always displays genuine care and concern for them. Have been using this chemist as a family for over 40 years and have never had a reason to change that!

One of the best pharmacies I have been to, the staff are very friendly and are always consistent with the excellent service they provide. In particular, Kay has always provided outstanding service in relations to queries given, she is patient and very knowledgeable with any query given and always goes the extra mile each time. Kay and William are definitely by far the best pharmacists I have come across.

A great place to be ill in. I have been frequenting this chemist for more than 15 years and have always been treated with equality and respect. William is the boss and treats everybody the same, which is quite a feat given some characters in Hackney. I would highly recommend Safedale as efficient, communicative and patient.

Have been using this pharmacy for many years. Staff are friendly and helpful and pharmacist William is an absolute treasure! I can't recommend highly enough!!
