Boots Pharmacy

I ordered glasses, and two weeks later I received a call telling me the glasses were ready - I went to Boots in Petts Wood and, the glasses were not the ones I ordered. I was promised they would contact me straight away with an update - over a week later, and I'm still waiting for an update. They are aware, I cannot see without my glasses. Disgusting. Will not be using them again.

An absolute shambles. I won’t even go into the story of what I went though with the pharmacist but I will never visit again.

Pharmacy staff are always friendly and helpful and they’re fast and efficient with prescriptions 😊

Useless and incompetent staff. Takes ages to get served, eben if you manage to find anything in their depleted stock. Much easier and more efficient to shop on line.
