I have phoned 4 times today, just to find out when it will be convenient to collect my wife's prescription (last week I went and was told to come back the next day; this time I want to avoid having to go there, perhaps unnecessarily, with COVID-19 being so spreadable!); I let the phone ring until it disconnected (something over 50 rings on each occasion, I believe). I appreciate they are busy, but no answer on 4 separate occasions? This is not helping to reduce the spread of COVID.
I will have to go down there now, some 5 hours after the prescription was made. Will I come back empty-handed?

The service I have experienced from all the wonderful staff in this chemist has been first class. My elderly father has all his medication delivered and I don't have to worry about any of it because they do it accurately and on time. I feel I can ring them up any time for any medication for him. It really does help when you have the responsibility of an elderly parent. Thank you Lloyds New Haw!

Can get busy at times, but the staff, and pharmacist, always go out of their way to give you a swift, friendly, and professional service.

Gave up waiting after 30mins and took my prescription elsewhere . Poor service, one star is too generous..

Poor waiting times & No one answers the phone & the online service is frequently out of stock with a waiting time of several weeks before stock is available. Feeling disillusioned with this service/Organisation.

After 6 unanswered phone calls (no message it just rings out) I drove for 25 minutes to see why mums prescription hadn’t been delivered. I was told it would be delivered first thing this morning. It wasn’t. And they still aren’t answering the phone….mum (88) is now right out of medication…
