Carters Pharmacy

I find this pharmacy excellent. They have been very efficient in ensuring my prescription items were chased up to ensure quicker delivery to me. I also find the staff very personable and conscientious. They provide an excellent service.

Brilliant community pharmacy - always dispenses prescriptions on time and even stays open late to help you out if needed. Lovely people.

Very rude staff some of the young lads make jokes of the customers on their face.
Very unhelpful and unprofessional.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for last 6 years & honestly so friendly. My prescriptions are always ready & i never wait more then 2/3mins. The staff are Pleasant And always happy to see me. 5/5

Fantastic service, amazing staff, the young man who has taken over is lovely, very helpful! I went in and he personally came and spoke to me - I straight away changed the pharmacy I used for for years to this one, and I must say I have made the right choice by far.
I ordered medication for my parent yesterday, they received it today and I was told they will delivery it tomorrow- I mean that is absolutely fantastic service. Such a friendly and personal touch, we are very grateful!! Thank you.

I recently visited Carters pharmacy to pick up some items for my newborn baby. Whilst there I was approached by the Pharmacist who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me that the pharmacy was offering flu jabs now and they would be able to give it to me whilst I was there. I went through a series of questions with the Pharmacist, discussed my asthma history and the whole process was explained to me in a very professional manner. I can say without a doubt that I will now use Carters pharmacy going forward. A lovely, local pharmacy, with helpful staff and a very clean and modern shop. Thank you again.

What an incredible pharmacy that goes above and beyond! It was the only place that had the medicine I needed for my baby and when going through the prescription- the pharmacist spotted a problem with the dosage and not only called the doctor to rectify it, but stayed open later to ensure that we didn’t have to spend another sleepless night with a sick baby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Genuinely very very grateful for this pharmacy. They remember who I am every time I come for a new prescription and they go out of their way to help me. They are very trust worthy make sure they don’t over charge me for private prescriptions like every other pharmacy. Very kind people! Thank you so much!
