Staff are always kind and helpful!
The counter assistant ‘Shamima’ is the most loveliest of them all. She is always really helpful and helps get what I need.

what’s going on here!!!!!! They Can’t even make sure medication is delivered to a venerable person on time…. This is absolutely ridiculous, my mum needs certain medication at certain times and when it’s not provided in a timely manner.. it becomes detrimental to her health…

Rude, incompetent and does not care about customer service. After calling to chase the status of my medication order (it was over a week overdue!).

The pharmacist (male) said it was 'delivered' and 'just wait for it', I explained that it was not, then a further back & forth he had the audacity to shout "are YOU DUMB'. Disgusting rude behaviour from a pharmacist.

This pharmacy is the best! Staff are friendly and professional. I couldn't find my daughter's prescription anywhere but they always make sure she gets it on time.
