Compact Medipharmacy

Very poor service. I went into the pharmacy and waited and waited for even an acknowledgment from the 5 members of staff who were behind the counter. No one person even made eye contact or said they would be with me in a moment. I ended up leaving and using the fantastic 7 day Chemist in Welling.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to you guys for the surprise delivery of my prescription today. I only popped it in a couple of hours prior and was expecting to have to pick it up. Huge thanks for what you're doing to support the community at such a difficult time.

I have nothing but praise for the service I receive from this Pharmacy. Over the last few years throughout Covid, they have delivered my medication on time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful service, probably the worst customer service I've ever received which is just the honest truth. The pharmacist is so rude, she has no empathy or manners. I have issues EVERY time I visit this pharmacy but it's my only choice because it's local. They can never locate my repeat prescription and insist its my fault because my surname appears to be double barreled - which it isn't. Despite telling them this EVERY time I visit, they never correct it on their system. I will be making a formal complaint to the NHS because the service is despicable. Avoid
