I HV 2 boys nd I did both times pregnancy test here Nd they did well here.but 2 days ago I found that I m again pregnant As I did pregnancy test at home.so I came here just to reconfirm.but I was shocked to see the staff were really unprofessional not coperative especially the lady at the till (I forget her name)she was doing photographery too with the other customer.she immediately refuse to Do my test as she says they don't HV bottles to collect urine(previously I did both times here).when my husband says ok i'll bring the bottle from somewhere than too she was confused what to do.she talk to another lady behind the till Nd thn was also not sure in the end says ok bring tht.they did my pregnancy test in front of me Nd used a v cheap stick Nd took 6:95 for tht(I did at home with clear blue digital)...but thts doesn't matter .u should hire the professional Nd experienced ladies at the till like before not just an unneccessary talktive lady.v.dissopointing experience.will never recommend to anyone

Very rude staff. Won't offer minor ailments to my baby although it's one of the services that they are providing, it's written on their pharmacy door, pamphlet and also on their website. Very racist staff

Worst chemist ever! Stupid lady answering calls. Stating medicines ready when it’s not, gone to collect and not given all the medication. Now they’re closing and can’t get the medicine for today!! Jobs worth

I waited to be served and they were all talking amongst each other, not one of them bothered to say we will be with you shortly or even acknowledge my presence . I walked out and went to the one at the other end of Ilford lane.

I have used this chemist for the last three four years and since day one I have just to say that my experience with all members of the team P & S chemist is the best, so I really recommend to anyone who needs help and advice on all of the services that P&S has to offer to get there in my honest opinion.

Undoubtedly the best Pharmacy I've ever used, staff so helpful, so wish other pharmacies and shops would be even half as good ,then shopping would be enjoyable.
