I received the best treatment from the pharmacists that work here. Neeta in particular went above and beyond to help me by saving me money and giving me her undivided time and advice. Excellent service.

First visit for some anti-sickness medication and a pretty disappointing experience it turned out to be. The two women in the back seemed to be busy, and so managed to attract the attention of a young lad working in the front. Advised him that we required anti-sickness medication due to vomiting and not being able to keep anything down. He asked what the symptoms were and we simply repeated not being able to keep anything down and vomiting, to which he replied, from your eyes? We looked at one another and wondered if you were in the right place. In any case, he went and asked the pharmacist who advised particular packet of medication. He then tried to locate it on the shelf for a couple of minutes, and then proceeded with trying to place a new till roll into the credit card machine. Once that laborious ordeal was over, and we were charged £10.74, he then advised that we had been overcharged. He asked his colleagues for help with regard to the £3 something refund and none of them really knew what to do. I was asked by the Oriental lady to swipe my card for the refund, when trying to do so, she then told me to tap. By this time, we were all thoroughly confused and I simply asked for some form of refund receipt, in case the transaction did not go through. I was duly informed to simply walk back into the shop if it did not appear in my bank account, (like I haven’t got better things to be doing). When I asked for a refund receipt, I was told there wasn’t one and that they were having problems with their till. Safe to say, it was a bit of an interesting and peculiar experience. The Oriental lady seemed more interested in telling customers to hurry up, as they would be closing very shortly. No refund has appeared at present, £10.74 is hugely expensive for a tiny box of medication. I’m not sure I have the wherewithal to return for the refund.

Business owner, the above is not meant to be anything but constructive. It sincerely was a comedy of errors.

Received my booster vaccine here this morning. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. I managed to time it when there was no queue, but all very efficient even when there is a queue. Watch out for parking nearby, some residents only spaces, some paid. I found a free 1 hour space at the top of Westcotes Drive

Had my booster at the Jalaram Centre today. From start to finish my experience was brilliant. Everyone, from the man who directed me to the room, to the lady who checked off my details to the man who answered my numerous questions, was polite, friendly and upbeat. Thank you for making my experience so great!!!

Booked this place online with no idea if it would be good/bad/indifferent. I have to say when I arrived it was obvious where to go, greeted immediately and it was very clear what to do. The people were really nice, very helpful. I felt very safe/secure throughout, people are well spaced out and i was seen for my jab quickly. There is a simple sitting queue system with someone managing when it’s your turn. The jab itself was completely pain free and again a 15 minute wait after in a well ventilated but warm well spaced out sitting area. I would highly recommend this location for your Covid jab, and I would tell you even if you don’t like needles these people are very experienced and it will not hurt. Thanks Chris

Went to the Jalaram centre to receive my covid booster from patels chemist, what a lovely service people all smiling and happy, talking throughout my appointment, John was lovely, polite and efficient I couldn't leave a suggestion for better service as I was very pleased. While I was waiting after having my jab a gentleman got very irate with the vaccination staff and again they are handling the situation very professionally! Well done on providing such a great service!!! Will be recommending to family and friends
