Mahmoud and his team are simply brilliant. As a prescribing pharmacy the team operates with such skill, medical rigour and diligence when one needs medication and is unwell. Nothing is too much to ask and the follow up care and third party referrals is second to none. As a cosmetics and wellness/lifestyle pharmacy, again staff are thoughtful, incredibly knowledgeable and are more interested in a client’s wellbeing than up-selling as is sadly too common in retail. It is the only pharmacy I use and a model I wish other businesses adhered to.

These dudes are absolute legends. They're staffed by great people who twice now went out of their way to help me in a tense situation. The store has a great set up and really wide selection of stuff and its right next to Baker Street station. Well worth checking out. Big ups to Bliss staff

I am so grateful to Dr. Mahmoud and his team. I arrived at 10pm a bit distraught about a swelling in my eye. The doctor was wrapping up for the day but still agreed to examine my eye and suggest the course of treatment. A person on his team, unfortunately I didn't note his name, graciously helped me understand how the medication was to be taken. Their help really put me at ease as I was starting to panic about my eye. Many thanks, I have never found such help in London so far!

I have been a regular customer at Bliss pharmacy for the last 2 years and i must say the customer service is 10/10.

The staff are very knowledgeable and are experts in the field of Pharmacy.

Also they have great variety of health supplements from general Vitimins / minerals to CBD and Sports recovery products.

Mahmoud Tawfik gave me a thorough step by step guide in how to look after myself better following my in depth blood test at the clinic. Mahmoud is a highly empathetic, considerate and professional individual who will give up his time answering any queries for his patients even outside his working hours.

I can not praise bliss team enough for helping me last night.
I am under fertility treatment and i realised a 9pm that one essential medication had been missing, forgotten by another pharmacy.
I did not have the prescription anymore but the bless team accepted to review my situation and to help me with emergency stock until i could provide a new px the following day.
I was extremely emotional and nervous because of my treatment and because of the risk of failure implied shall i not take the medecine. The bliss team, in particular Johanna (i hope i have this right) demonstrated outstanding level of empathy, listening, care, generosity, offering me to stay and relax and calling me on the following day to check how i was coping. Amazing service, very professional and helpful staff, Mahmoud Tawfik really helped me to treat my acnee problems which I was confronted with, he prescribed me the right treatment for my acnee and recommend me after care and also I've done a blood test which was took very carefully in consideration. This pharmacy was fantastic! They were fast and kind and answered all of my questions with patience. They provided my covid test pcr results super fast (like less than 12 hours). Friendly staff And possibly the prettiest pharmacy I’ve ever seen.
