Sudbury Chemist

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for many years. The level of care, attention and professionalism that is delivered by the pharmacist and their team is what I greatly appreciate. I feel like my needs and questions are looked after and managed. I will be visiting for years to come.

I'm wondering if Marshall Brooks actually reviewed the wrong place ?Judging by his review history he just seems unhappy about almost everything to me. Unless it's based in Scotland, then he seems to be much more pleasant. I'm never inclined to attach much credibility to such reviews from angry faceless people. I can only speak as I find having been using this chemist for 21yrs at least. There is nothing to fault. Everyone is friendly and professional. I've always had effective advice for treating ailments (I tend to go here before my doctor). They went the extra mile one time to try and resolve an issue with my sister's doctor about her prescription that went beyond their closing time. Throughout this pandemic they have worked non stop to ensure people receive there meds. If I ever want something in particular they are always prepared to order it in. Their is literally nothing to complain about. Thank you all for your fantastic service to our community.

All the staff have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional over the many years my family have been using this chemist. They are my first port of call for almost every illness or injury rather than visiting the doctor.

The old Asian Pharmacist is a thief and a crook. He needs to be investigated. I have a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine for my auto immune disease and I had to go to this pharmacy due to my usual one not been open. My prescription is for one month but the dirty old man gave me for only 2 weeks but marked on the prescription that I was given for 4 weeks. I am sure he is going to sell the rest of the medicine for a profit. This pharmacy needs to be investigated. If you are the owner of pharmacy, it would be in your best interest to investigate what else that stinky old crook is stealing.

Really good pharmacy, very helpful and informative. Went out of their way to sort out medication for me at the last minute when other chemists just turned me away saying they could not help me.

We couldn't live without our wonderful chemist, Mr Shah, Chirag and all the staff are so accommodating , professional and friendly, they all go above and beyond, they have gone out of their way to order things for us, and they have actually walked over to my house and told us our products are in, amazing shop, amazing staff, worth more than 5 stars 🌟

We went to Sudbury Chemist based on The Express Clinic listing for a PCR testing before we travel. Upon entering the premises, a cheerful lady welcomed us warmly. As we explained our purpose of visit, a friendly voice (male) from the back chimed in and we were given clear and simple instructions to prepare for our tests. A gentleman conducted the tests for us; he was detailed, professional and very gentle. Our medical visit turns out to be a delightful and jolly experience. As promised, our test results were emailed to us within the said time frame. We're very grateful to everyone at Sudbury Chemist for their kindness. Thank you! Cheers, Morgan.
