Grove Pharmacy

Poor. Service. Staff are extremely rude & some don’t even know what they’re talking about.
I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody. There is pharmacies nearby that are much better.
luckily didn’t pick up the medicine and start shoving it down their throat with the amount of rudeness given.

The staff here are very rude and unhelpful. They’d rather pick a fight with you than help you with your medical condition. They also lie about prescriptions and say they don’t have your medication when my gp clearly sent it over to them. Sad.

I handed in a prescription and it was made up within 5 minutes, a very quick and efficient pharmacy very happy with the customer service, great and very friendly staff and an amazing environment to be in. Best pharmacy ever, I will stick to this pharmacy as I have never had any problems with this pharmacy, decent prices.

If you are thinking to yourself "Boy, I need to cry today" just try to get served by the male pharmacist, they will shout and scream at you to the point where you nearly need a box of anti anxiety medication to calm down. If youre just popping in for a box of ibuprofen, fine, otherwise, just go somewhere else.

Always friendly and helpful. They have called my GP when there were any queries. Pharmacist is knowledgeable and has a good memory.

This is such a friendly and helpful pharmacy, and they always have meds in stock which others don't. There are several pharmacies nearer to me but it's worth the walk over to Grove Pharmacy.

I have used this pharmacy for a long time they are very friendly and helpful, never had a problem. If you need any advice they are very helpful. Thanks brendan H

Atrocious. Ticked wrong box at the back of RX and got a fine. You DO NOT EMBARRASS THE PATIENT BY SAYING THE MEDICATION AND REASON FOR MEDICATION OUT ALOUD. HAVE SOME RESPECT
