Pickles have given an outstanding service to my elderly mum over many years. They are always on the ball about her medication, and provide a personal friendly service, liaising with the family to ensure they get everything right for her. I can’t praise them enough.

Fantastic Chemist! Friendly, polite and professional. Most of all they are reliable, and willing to do all they can to help their customers. Pickles really are a cut above the rest, and other local chemists would do well to follow their example.

Firstly all the staff here have the worst customer service skills! I don’t know what their problem is and I don’t know why they all have such sour attitudes and lack basic interpersonal skills but that’s not my issue as I’m the customer. I have spoken to 4 different people and ended with the same horrible experience. I detected racial under tones from all the staff and witness how they spoke in a polite and respectful way to other customers who do not look like me.

No one can figure out how to use their own prescription system to locate my tablet, bearing in mind I’m a private prescription so it shouldn’t be rocket science. Anyways we keep going in circles until I’ve had to ask my GP to change my pharmacy. What a joke. Ultimately this is why people are going private and leaving NHS in general.
