These guys are brilliant, I think Denise is the lady I deal with and she is a superstar. My wife's very poorly and takes a certain medicine which she goes out of her way to get for me. She always has time to stop and chat and ask how we all are. Absolutely brilliant place highly recommended

The girls that work here are absolutely amazing in every way. I have been getting my scripts there now for over 4 years and even though I know live nearly 6 miles away I'll continue to do so. You'll always be greeted with a smile and a fun attitude no matter what anyone else says in their reviews, reason they're probably leaving bad reviews is coz they're expecting the girls to do what they can't be arsed to do themselves. They've all worked tirelessly throughout covid and like I've already said they're amazing, professional and have amazing work ethics. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, great job done by all 😉😉😉

Awful, turned up at 12.58 to buy a packet of painkillers, a transaction that would have taken a minute if that. They shut and locked the door in my face, because apparently they close for an hour between 1 and 2pm. There is no indication of this online, only a sign In the window. Left in tears of frustration, I've now got a long and completely needless walk into town to find a chemist that is not completely useless. I'll never use this place again.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Staff are rude especially the young girl working on the counter on Wednesday 15th December at about 4.30. The service is always slow and your lucky you actually get your medication I normally had it delivered but they can't even get that right I've been left without medication more than once it's a disgrace and took no responsibility for the missing medication. I only used this place as its local but after tonight I will never step foot in that place again. They also never seam to answer the phone while I was stood waiting 20 mins for the medication which was apparently ready not one member of staff answered the phone.

Always found staff very helpful and approachable I've witnessed the pharmacist give advice to a worried mother when it was clear how busy she was but give no indication of that to the babies mother, plus during covid they really have gone above and beyond to make customers feel safe and cared for

Staff are lovely but it's so unorganised in there waiting times are ridiculous also I've noticed they like to blame the doctor's surgery for their mistakes.

Avoid at all costs!!! The service is diabolical!! The staff stand around laughing and joking with a shop full of people waiting for their prescriptions! Over 10 people in today standing waiting and it took them 25 minutes to give me one item on a prescription! Such a poor munch of unprofessional people!
