Boots

My doctor approved my prescription but the pharmacy never let me know that there was a problem with the supply chain of this particular medicine in 20mg, so I waited for days before I finally found out. I would have appreciated a text message or something, they always send me one to let me know the medicine has arrived, so why didn't they send one to let me know they did not have supply , so I could do something about it? As a result I have now gone 5 days without my medicine

Terrible service at the medicines counter. The Chinese young girl was completely inexperienced, not to mention the young guy who works there too. Both of them left the counter for over 20 minutes while there was a queue of about 15 people. When my turn came (after half an hour of waiting) I said I wanted to buy a pack of vitamin D and the Chinese girl rudely told me that even if the recipe was not needed they would only give those vitamins to those who had the recipe. Now, I wonder, where Boots finds people who work this way remains a mistery! I won't buy anything from Boots again!

This is a good pharmacy, but very understaffed. There's always a long queue when I come in. I used to get my winter flu jab here, but this year (2022), they no longer offer it although slots are bookable on Boots' website. The consultation room where vaccines are administered is no longer in use (not sure what that means).

I was told to stand 20min queue just to ask where the pills are. As the staff explained they are busy and have to serve rather then talk. So I am completely disappointed for the service and will not come back or recommend to my friends this boots at Stratford even that I been shopping here for the past 5years. 100% disappointed in service and the attitude he gave!!!!! It was not that busy. It was medium cut hair Indian background gentleman. At the end he said look for it over there because I will not leave just to show you where they are, so you have to look for them. Amazingly awful experience!!!

I am very disappointed in the pharmacy in this store! I was directed by the boots pharmacy in Westfield for the medicine I needed to collect from here, but after arriving here the lady at the pharmacy counter conveniently placed a hand written note that this pharmacy close an hour before the store closes. She was rude and very unhelpful. I urgently needed the medicine and went their after checking the timing on their website. Very disappointing experience. The customer after me had a similar issue.

You will probably walk out this store with a headache. It's always hot, stuffy and crowded. It's nice and big tho and has lots of stuff so

These poor pharmacists / workers need help. There is insufficient people to mann that big Pharmacy. Shelves with food empty. No employee on OCT medications.

Worst Experince ever . How can you run out of gift cards on the 22nd of December - shocking / wat a shambles / then told to walk 5 mins to another centre - dislike Westfield already soooo defo won’t be returning anytime soon
