I live very close to This chemist but I avoid it at all costs! I use Lloyds direct to my door because the staff (the blonde lady In particular) are horrible! Apart from being excessively slow they are so rude! They “loose” orders, they tell you off for expecting your electronic orders to be downloaded that day, they snap at you, talk down to you! And most definitely judge you! I know better than to go there but a few months ago I needed lateral flow tests, and I very quickly realised nothing had changed! My mistake! AVOID!!

The staff, one member in particular, need some training in customer service. Very bad attitude. Rude unhelpful. Had to collect pain killers for my daughter following a visit to a clinic the evening before. She phoned them in the morning and they said they would be ready after 4 pm! I phoned them just before 4 pm to check they were ready to collect and was told they hadn't received anything from clinic and to check with them. My daughter then rang Hollowood herself and they said they would be ready in 15 minutes?? When I went to collect the tablets for her I can only say... Young lady you need to brush up on your people skills. Rude.

I called in Sat morning after the GP sent over a prescription the day before. I’d had a consultation 3 days previously and so I had already waited a sufficient amount of time to collect my prescription. I was told it wasn’t ready, and that was after a gentleman before me had already been turned away and told to come back on Monday. Why should people be waiting 2/3 days to collect prescriptions that should be fulfilled on the same day? So I challenged them and asked for my prescription so I could take it to another chemist. The pharmacist asked me ‘do you think any other chemist would have these items in stock?’ I went 5 mins up there road and yes, they did have them in stock. Terrible service, changed my preferred chemist now and will not go back. Staff need training in customer service and not make patients feel like they are doing them a favour. 0 stars.

We changed to this chemist for convenience. But I wish now we hadn’t. Rude staff bar one lady. Been told not to order a repeat prescription on a Sunday night and it wouldn’t go in until Monday night when it was put in before 12pm. Given the wrong prescription and to made to feel like it was my fault they had done it. Definitely will be changing pharmacy. Never known a pharmacy like it.

I got verbally attacked by a member of staff because I accidentally (first time visiting, so I don’t know where the queue is) jumped ahead of them in the queue for the doctors practice next door. Terrible manners, it’s worrying this person actually works with customers. Definitely won’t be getting my prescriptions from there.

Don't go unless you're ok with snarky attitudes. I was very upset at being made to get off the seat and stand outside the shop whilst they served another customer. Normally I would have been ok but for 2 things,. I had recently had a surgical treatment imy spine and was in a lot of pain ,visible walked bid. Also there was an able body young woman also present who was not asked to wait outside.. I won't be using this chemist again......

My mum got verbally abused by a blonde haired woman with glasses by a mistake of a prescription error again. My dad's medication was double again and my Mum's was only one packet, and they left the rest behind the counter. She didn't even apologise and was aggressive and rude to my mum which stressed her out. . She needs reporting and hopefully sacked.

Firstly you stand around for ages being ignored by the staff while they have a good chat and laugh knowing you are there waiting. Secondly, the woman in the white uniform (who finally served me!) was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with! Abrupt, sarcastic and patronising! Worst chemist ever! Avoid at all costs!! Go to Morrison’s or Tesco instead where the staff know how to treat customers properly! This chemist needs closing down!
