Awful service received this evening from the pharmacist. Having asked her to provide some advice for my 5 year old daughter, she just bellowed rudely from the back work area that she was too busy. Completely unprofessional behaviour and against Lloyd's Customer Charter. I left and was able to speak to a pharmacist at Tesco instead. Won't be using this pharmacy again and have made a formal complaint to Lloyd's Pharmacy.

The poor lady working on reception was apologetic for her behaviour!
Zero stars is more appropriate!

I contacted this pharmacy today as I needed help with an online purchase. The lady who answered I think her name was kerry she was so very helpful and put me through to the online customer service. Thank you for all your help. Very much appreciated.

Sorry but just awful, one of the dispensing ladies it point blank rude with no people skills. Waiting for ever to be dealt with and always saying that your prescription hasn’t been sent through by doctor when it has. Sort it out plse Lloyds!

Utterly useless. Presented with a perfectly good doctors prescription but just had to get clever over surmantics. Anything to avoid doing their job properly. We will go elsewhere in future. They send a text to say collect your prescription and when you arrive to collect they are either shut or the prescription isn't ready.

My medication request was sent there on 26 October by Lloyd's direct and they still don't have it ready !!! I have now run out of my BP meds and they are closed! Most annoying

Absolutely terrible service. I waited 45 mins for my prescription..
No one said anything about there being a problem. I was in significant discomfort and the last thing I needed was to be waiting for that length of time. I won't be using them again.

always a good service, people should phone them to see if their prescriptions are ready save sitting around in the pharmacy, staff are always polite and helpful
