Worst pharmacy ever!
1) Prescription was sent to them several days ago. Although they didn’t have stock they didn’t bother to order.
2) When visited the store they said they would order right now and would be ready the next day. I waited and they confirmed the order was placed.
3) The next day though they said, oh actually we didn’t order yet…
4) As other customers complained they don’t pick up the phone.
5) On a separate occasion, although we had prescription they charged us for a couple of items their own more expensive price. Once we checked the receipt they said “oh we don’t do refunds once you are out of the door”…

Staff there are unprofessional, rude and just doesn't have a clue the importance of good customer services, each member of staff appear to do as they please. With no leadership whatsoever in place. Don't bother to phone them to enquire if your prescription is ready as no one answers the phone. Turn up on the day to collect your prescription, and chances are they won't have it ready. If you want good customer care seek it elsewhere. I certainly won't be going back there.

Staff were extremely helpful. I was running late and the woman on the phone assured my prescription is ready to collect on the side from when I reach the pharmacy and as soon as i entered the store I was given my prescription with quick and efficient service from the tall male behind the till. Couldn't ask for a more better service!

Staff talking to you while eating their brekfast, while being rude as always.
Went today to get a simple Chloramphenicol, they don't have. They never have basic medications. 5 start reviews are obviously fake and you can see it.

Avoid!!! Just go to Osbon Pharmacy, near Star Lane medical center. Much much better!!!

Not a pharmacy anymore. It looks like it's only used as covid vaccination center right now. Massive queue inside a tiny space when covid cases are so high. Couldn't go inside to get my gp prescription as I didn't feel safe. Not using this pharmacy anymore.

I had my 4th booster at Berg today (had 3rd one at that place before). Walked in no issue no queues. Very quick and profesional service and very friendly staff. I’m surprised by some reviews saying staff was rude.. I’ve been there twice and both times everyone was very friendly.
Just to add i was turned away at my local pharmacy earlier in the day as i had no underlying issues confirmed by GP.. At Berg got a booster no issue, no questions asked other than standard ones just before getting jab.. Wish I went to them in first place rather than wasting time going to my local Lansbury pharmacy.

No customer service at all, I had a vaccination appointment with them at 9 o'clock, and the guy who opened the pharmacy looked like he had just woken up from bed. Everyone was so rude.

When to get covid booster for my dad and was very unprofessional did not sanitise arm and area was not either, did not check any information with us and did not even ask for NHS number, needles in packets are left out in an open area where anyone could take them, I recommend not to go here for your jabs. He didn't wear any gloves

First time coming here to collect medicine and this will be my last.

Came in and was told to give DOB only to be told the medicine is in a different pharmacy. We checked the different pharmacy and the medicine wasn’t there. We called this pharmacy explained the situation only to be told by a very rude male staff member there are two systems they use. The medicines prescribed by the dentist uses a different system. Sorry but how are we to know this it’s our first time visiting the pharmacy. Also how is this our fault! I really don’t understand why the male staff was so aggressively rude about it.

When we went in to collect the medicine assuming it’s the same male staff as before and there were no other male staff he had the same rude condescending attitude. It’s frustrating because when couple of white customers walked in all of a sudden he was nice and polite to them. And got my medicine quickly.
