I don't normally make complaints but I actually cannot believe what happened this morning. That are 2 people running this pharmacy who who are just so rude to their customers. A disabled lady was in tears because they were so incompetent. When I politely ask for my prescription back I was almost thrown it. The lady serving me kissed her teeth gave me dirty looks and refuse to help me. This shouldn't be happening when dealing with unwell people. Not an ounce of kindness or even basic politeness. Will never take my prescription there again after waiting 30mins asking for it back

Downloaded a prescription and pharmacy was shut at 5.30pm not 6.30pm as advertised, unable to transfer to another pharmacy in the area as this was now a claimed prescription. Either don't download the prescription or stay open your advertised hours, extremely unproffesional given that people are collecting medication that could put their health at risk. Do better.

Never open when they say they are, close early unexpectedly. Prescriptions get lost when sent from Doctors. If not lost, they don't have the items in stock.

I worked here for two days. Had no support from the lady who I assume was the boss. I had never worked in a pharmacy before. She was completely unapproachable. I wasn’t told where to find completed prescriptions or how to
Operate the till properly. Day one, computer system down. Spent the day dealing with very angry (justifiably so) and sometimes abusive customers. Day two, customers queuing outside of the shop. Very angry people. Spent all morning apologising for prescriptions not ready. Boss lady shouting at me in front of customers for a mistake she made. 3 weeks of unfilled prescriptions behind the counter. Hardly any stock on the shelves. No training, no support. Absolute hell. The chemist is trying his best. Chemist is severely understaffed. I’m told numerous other new starters have walked out. I really wanted to like this job. I am appalled by the boss lady’s approach to customers. I have read a few bad comments about her. No doubt she is good at her job, her people skills are none existent. She has no patience and should not be training (or pretending to) people for this job.
Do I really have to rate it at one star

Why would you close your shutters and ignore us at 17.45 if you close at 18.30. So unprofessional and disgusting.
