Frith Pharmacy

Clean and well stocked, but appalling customer service. Twice now I've been in the store and queued to reach the counter, only to have the sales assistant completely ignore me and start serving a 'regular' behind me in the queue. A real 'local store for local people' and not in a good sense. It seems if you're not in once a week to pick up a repeat prescription, then frankly you can go to hell.

I always find the Pharmacists go out of their way to be helpful. I wouldn’t use anywhere else. They give advice on the phone or at the chemist and nothing seems too much trouble for them.

Was given a herbal cough medicine upon recommendation, even after explaining to the pharmacist that i had a terrible dry cough. Obviously this did not work and i had to go somewhere else to get the correct medicine. Avoid this place

An utter rip off! The greed of this place can be questionable as to what they charge their customers. At the beginning of covid19, I have bought two face mask at the price of £13 each. I have been told they were designed for the multiple uses. As soon my hubby saw them' it became apparent that I have been taken for am diet who soet millions on wickes-type, cheap builders' accessories sold as a protective mask. I will never return to this dishonest place. Do they similarly treat their customers while dealing with medicine!? Is it morally ok?

I was so unwell on Saturday after leaving the hospital and the lady and gentleman pharmacists were amazing - couldn’t do enough to help me!! Had everything but one item they even rang another chemist - but had to order it for me! Such lovely care - thank you Rachel

Absolutely useless. Booked an appointment for a vaccine. Told me I wasn't able to have it as the pharmacist that deals with paying customers wasn't in. Had I been over 50 years old I would have been able to have had one with a different pharmacist free of charge.

Our local pharamcy used to be so caring and helpful clearly have different staff in there now....!!! We will be going elsewhere from now on...

We have used this pharmacy for years, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. They always go above and beyond, woudl definitely recommend them for their old fashioned service!
