Lovely staff. Pharmacist always happy to help if needed. If there are issues with getting an item in they always explain that and let me know when it should be in. They are a mega busy pharmacy and do a great job!

I went to this pharmacy last Wednesday, as I had to leave work because I was feeling unwell. I told the consultant their what was wrong and if I can have my blood check. He told me he cannot spare me one minute of his time, as his blood pressure will be high if he check his, as he got so much paperwork to deal with. I had to go to another pharmacy this result in me going to A&E with extreme low blood pressure. My concerns are if their is a consulting room which is open and patient is been turned away how good is this for anyone. I was extremely disappointed by the mannerisms in which I was spoken too.

I waste so much of my time standing in huge queues here to then be told my prescription will be another hour. They close for an hour at lunch and also close earlier than stated, meaning I often have to take several journeys there in one day to finally collect my medication. It is badly organised and they need another pharmacist on board.

Very bad service, I was in extreme pain just came back from the doctor with a prescription. Arrived 15 min before closing was told we have your medication in stock but it will take 30min to get it ready (if they are slow that is their problem). I argued that I came in during working hours and as a health care service they should get it done. I asked if they had a sign or on their website that it takes 30 min to get a prescription ready so people wouldn’t go get a prescription after that. Was told no but we will leave as these are our closing hours. The pharmacist said I am only telling you what they told me to say. Then another one came out from behind said if you don’t like it go to another pharmacy there is one down the road. All this was after I explained I am in extreme pain and need this. They simply do not care. Shame on you for the way you address your customers and shame on you for not being efficient. Went to another pharmacy I was done in 12 minutes including the travel time to the other pharmacy. Loyds inefficient and no understanding of customer care.

terrible staff and service. they said they didn’t have my prescription even though my gp had sent it earlier that day. i called my gp and they confirmed that they had sent it and gave me a code. i gave this code to the staff and they laughed saying “you should have given this earlier” mind you i haven’t ever been asked for a code and the staff didn’t mention anything about a code. they finally filled my prescription whilst taking amongst themselves about how “they’re not mind readers”. not letting me get a word in or explain that i didn’t know i needed one. they spoke over me and made me cry and didn’t apologise or acknowledge that they were in the wrong. very dismissive and rude. DO NOT GO HERE.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE human beings. Rude, dismissive, unapologetic, unprofessional. These people need to remember that their patients are humans beings just like they are. They have no idea what people may be going through in life. What I have just found out about what my girlfriend has had to go through at the hands of these people has made me sick and angry. I will be filing an official complaint against the staff and the practice. I am sick to my core.

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. Maybe even the world. I have a repeat prescription I need to pick up here monthly. There has never not been an issue costing me hours of my time. Avoid at all costs.

This chemist is so poor they have no idea on how to run it. Always a massive queue and the staff are so slow. They take 30 mins to make up a prescription which is just ridiculous all good pharmacies I’ve ever been to do within 10 mins tops. Honestly go anywhere but here.
