Tesco Pharmacy

I picked up a prescription and was asked to see the Pharmacist. Impressively he noticed I was being prescribed medication that should not be used together. He contacted my doctor and I had to have a Medical Review which resulted in one being taken away. Very impressed with the Pharmacist at Tesco.

Not too inpressed prescription not ready as had to order items...come back tomorrow. Next day went to collect prescription....waited 15 minutes...given my medication in tied up bag...got home half of items missing...without pain relief as cant get back in till Sunday..

Yesterday I went to my local Tesco pharmacy where I get my regular medication to ask for emergency supply for my blood pressure. Pharmacist was unable to give but when I explained that my BP is currently unstable and I need this medication until I get my prescription he said 'missing BP tablets is not end of the world ".Which made means worrying. 😞

Avoid at all cost if you need prescription urgently.

This is not the first time, been waiting for a prescription for my son since Tuesday. Everyday I go in they repeat the same thing it’s not on the delivery.
This had happened a few times now, I wonder if they even order the medication in the first place.

Surely after 5 days it must be on one delivery, as you get two deliveries a day.

Staff are friendly enough but overall service in this place is atrocious as they never have anything available and make you wait nearly a week.

I’ve had to take it elsewhere now as my son is without medication for 5 days.

Very good pharmacy and very poor customer services
no one picks up the phone at all.. i have handed over a prescription for my one year old because they don't have medicine in stock and they have advised me to check next evening. have checked after several attempts on the phone a very rude lady answered and said check tomorrow again.
After three days now no one picks up the phone and no medicine for my one year old still.
i am feeling really upset as my daughter haven't have any medicine yet because of irresponsible staff at the pharmacy.

Really devastated . Weekly prescription which is life changing. I get 3 days to collect which is Thursday, Friday and Saturday so I went in today and was told that it changed to wed to Friday because of the bank holidays. I checked online and they were open till 1 o’clock Thursday and Friday so thought it was the same as usual. Pharmacist refused to give it to me which will set me back a couple of years. Disgusted, angry and really upset.

The staff are rude and incompetent.. They failed to order medication for my newborn on 3 ocassions. We had ran out so it caused so many problems. I complained. The pharmacy manager called me and apologised, said he'd called me once he looked into the matter further. That was 2 months ago. He never called back. That sums up the level of customer service. I stupidly went there one last time, as I've been a customer since 2002, ease of reference and all that I mentioned this incident to the pharmacist who looked at me as if I were something stuck under his shoe. Ive been a loyal tesco cluster since 2002, I will never shop there again.

Popped in 2 Saturdays ago. Late review but without the help of the lovely guy who served me, I wouldn't have recovered on time for the New Years! Thanks to his pure effort and advice I feel much better. Thankyou xx
