Cannot fault the staff and the service they provide. Tim the pharmacist is always available to help deal with any problems or questions I may have to do with my medication etc.

Poor service. Was sent a text stating that my prescription would be ready at 3pm today. Yet in the middle of a pandemic when you don’t want to be spending excessive amounts of time around others you have to sit and wait in excess of 40 mins only to have to prompt them and then be given your prescription blaming the pharmacist when it was the incompetent dispenser who made the mistake in not checking properly in the first place. Label clearly states it was ready at 16.28 on the day before!

Wonderful service, the staff are all helpful, and the pharmacist is absolutely brilliant, she goes out of her way to be helpful (very considerate and understanding) .

3 issues

1. With prescriptions they never do them as soon as they get them, you are always met with "the doctor has only just sent it over" (what a load of bull) which is really anoying when someone relys on a regular dose otherwise they start to withdraw. And they no longer over prescribe by a few doses to avoid this, so every time it comes to the next perscription. My other half had the joys of withdrawal.

2. They can't had out prescriptions between 12-2pm because the pharmacist is always on lunch. Fantastic for people who would use there lunch hour to pick up a prescription.

3. LFTs are never in stock, been 2-3 weeks without tests, went 3 times in 1 day because a delivery was due. Never turned up.

The staff were very supportive and helpful. The ladies we spoke to showed clear compassion and understanding of our personal situation.
We will definitely come back.

Absolutely wonderful staff, helpful, cheerful. A pleasure to use this shop and prices are also very good. Recommended 10 / 10
