The Pharmacist, Andrew is very helpful and nice. He patiently listens to the patient and very easy to deal with. I would recommend him and this place with the stylish atmosphere as well to any one. Very good and polite service coupled with professionalism.

Arrived at allotted time, 1.30, to find my Spring Booster not available. Wasted journey as they'd run out. Had to make another appmnt for next week. Lady on phone then very helpful.

Went for my first vaccine and the service was amazing from the second I went into the chemist. The owner did my vaccine and was so caring. The lady at the till was very welcoming and she helped me pick out products for my skin. Amazing clinic with brilliant in store products.

I took my mother to this chemists for her booster. The parking is easy and the premises are modern and well appointed. My mother was pleased with the efficiency and privacy.

I have used the UPS access point to drop off a package, and the service was excellent.

I booked a flu vaccination using the NHS online booking system. On the same morning it was due, I was sent an email saying that I had cancelled the appointment. I emailed and received no response, and tried phoning but each time it was engaged. Very disappointed that in effect they cancelled my appointment, didn't phone given it was the same day, and made themselves uncontactable. When I tried to rebook them online, their availability had fully disappeared.

I booked my Vaccine here and the Nurse named Jo Parker was so patient and so knowledgeable about any queries I had about the different vaccines. It was lovely to be vaccinated and that to by a very positive and kind lady. I hope to see u again and get my second dose from you. I would just like to say nurses are angels and this one is a blessing you don’t want to lose.

Booked for Covid booster waited for over an hour. No one to keep people updated. The guys doing the injections is also still doing prescriptions at the same time. Absolutely disgusting letting people book for a certain time and yet there are servers other with the same appointment and only 1 staff doing injections and running the pharmacy. Only 4 chairs to sit on if your lucky enough. Booster NOT DONE
