Helpful staff.bit of a wait when busy

Waited over half in the queue only to be told they didn’t have the item on my prescription. If they had more than one person serving at this very busy time I would have found out sooner and could have gone elsewhere. Absolutely diabolical waste of time

Very rude staff. I was a few minutes past there closing, didn't realise how big the queue to get in would be. To be rudely told I am not following social distancing even though I had come to get a urgent prescription. Now I have to go without until they open tomorrow. I will be moving where I send my repeat prescriptions now.
Avoid the rude staff at all costs.

Had a booked call back from the pharmacy today they have not bothered with the call. Not a happy customer

If you have a cough or a sniffle go here. If you need prescription medicines, don't. They can't get in "specialist" medicine that takes other pharmacies a few days, in less than 2 weeks. Regularly left my 8 month old without medicine for over a week. Only ever blamed the surgery.

Rang 7 times they ended the call.
Finally got through and she was super helpful.
Packed my stuff for instant collection

Brilliant service. Even when they are busy. So much better than my local chemist
