Nice to have a pharmacy close to home. However it is obvious they are desperately short of staff. Those they have try to do their best but you sometimes have to wait a long time or go back later. Have used their annual flu jab service which is good. Appointment made online.

Called up for a blood pressure check. Charging 15£ . Absolute rip off. Should be ashamed of themselves. Went to a local pharmacy charged 5£.

It is painful to deal with this pharmacy. Slow, not enough staff and always waiting.
We never receive a message if and when they’ve got the prescription from the GP. The only reason we haven’t change is the convenience of travelling, otherwise me and the whole family would change…yesterday

I specifically called up to find out if they had something in stock only to turn up and that not be the case (they hadn’t sold out - they just confused a cream with drops even though I was explicit). This is the most recent in a line of disappointing visits.

Lloyd's pharmacy is always professional and always helpful. Couldn't make it to my GP so I went here for some professional advice and they helped extensively. Thank you so much Lloyd's pharmacy.

Staff lacking in empathy, unhelpful and rude. Was told there was no Internet but we were still expected to complete a pre consult online and to go out the front door to do it. When I asked if there was a paper copy told no. My husband said what did they expect people without mobile phones to do and was told it was tough the form had to be completed online and it wasn't their problem there was no Internet connection. Hung around 20 minutes to get the form completed, no apologies, no help and made to feel we were the nuisance. Totally inept pharmacy and staff- particularly the female pharmacist on duty.

I rate the pharmacy 1star due to lack of compassion today towards an asthma patient. I have been to the pharmacy several times. I was fully satisfied with service offered till 19-12-22

I went for repeat prescription of my inhalers. The lady at the counter smiled & said the system is not working. Their unable to give me my inhalers. So does it mean I have to go to A&E? Mark you I was having an asthma attack but trying to stay strong. I did inform her that I’m sick & needed the top up inhalers prescription. I was directed to another pharmacy. Yet it was a struggle to get to Sainsbury’s for the prescription. Luckily I was only going for top up. So as not to run out of medication.

This pharmacy are incompetent, they have lost my prescription previously, they have also forgotten to order a medication in. When there’s an order for more than one medication they have on several times forgotten to give the entire prescription at once, you get home and you’re missing medication and have to return. Very disorganised here.
