Really friendly and helpful staff. Go out of their way to care. Small shop but good stock. Personal traditional service. Will always recommend

I always visit this pharmacy and nearly all of the time the assistants are helpful.
This time I visited the pharmacy there was different staff though and the customers were not respecting my privacy.
I only asked for an item, spoke to the assistant then left.
After i left though I found out they were discussing me and my family.
This was behind my back it was very hurtful accusations and was regarding my appearance.
I'm flabergasted as I have been accused of something that I did NOT do.
I carried absolutely nothing into there Pharmacy with me and did absolutely nothing wrong whilst I was in there and was courteous and polite.
I'm shocked and surprised at what was said after I had left as it is defamatory and untrue and very heartless.
I expect to visit a pharmacy without my appearance being discussed and my privacy should of been respected.

Way better than brennans. You get a text when prescription is ready if you want. The staff are always friendly and relaxed and don't get huffy or blaming if there is a difficulty. Great little pharmacy.

Been to 3 different pharmacies with a prescription for some medication which was is shortage but this pharmacy bent over backwards to get it for me whereas the others just turned me away. So friendly and helpful too

Really sorry to face such a disappointing attitude. Found myself in the village without mobile (flat battery) and no transportation. All asked for was to charge the mobile for 5mins to call a taxi. It was denied as “not in the policy” 🧐. Not even offered to call one for me. I am really sorry but you need to reconsider your policies and show some compassion. Otherwise, the store was clean and tidy.

Used to be friendly, recently noticed a change to the pharmacist attitude, gives out the wrong information, even when the other member of staff says the opposite. Seems a toxic workplace and the patient's suffer from the consequences of the lack of management. Please avoid at all costs.

Nice staff but the price on some tablets was double to Brennans. When I called them to discuss there weren't bothered

For the last two weeks this usless pharmacy, and it's ignorant staff have left my 85 year old mum without medication for day's, her insulin ran out and was on a emergency prescription, it didn't turn up when I phoned they said I would have to wait 4 working days, I had to stress this could be detrimental and to my mum's health, so ignorant on the phone and their never wrong attitude is stressful and I would not recommend this chemist to anyone
