Unhelpful staff. Closed for lunch early and refused to help with prescription medicine. Won't be going back.

They changed the usual 48hr prescription turnaround to 7 days without notifying . Resulting in being short of vital medication.

Nice lady who spent 30 seconds looking for my prescription before deciding they have not received it and the surgery couldn't have sent it through; so I left without it
It was on a different peg!😏

Not reliable orders prescriptions at chemist a week before due to find out they had not orderd them so left short they blamed the doctors wich was not the case

Never open at 9 when it should be.
always a problem getting a pharmist in. Some staff can be a little off with you. Not all staff are like this there is a lady who is very polite and helpful.

Great staff, quick service

So annoying to nip to the pharmacy at lunchtime only to find them shut between 1-2.
