Anna Pharmacy Hackbridge (Formerly RK Pharmacy)

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I've used their services many times and have nothing bad to say about them. The shop itself could do with a freshen up and perhaps one day of the week keep it open later than 6:30?
People here complaining about the staff, must be the Jeremy Kyle's kind of people I've seen in the Pharmacy. Rude, self entitled and not willing to wait for their turn in line like anyone with manners.

Really great pharmacist, he's so friendly and helpful. I was going to use an online pharmacy to deliver my repeat prescriptions (easier to get them delivered) but he told me they would deliver them to me. Really glad I took him up on it because I ordered my prescription this morning and it was here when I got home! That is amazing service 😁

Love the new team at this pharmacy! Everyone is super helpful and efficient nothing is too much trouble for them and I love the fact that prescriptions can go straight to them from the doctors.

Very helpful friendly staff all round. During these times I have been advised that I am to stay in doors a shield. This pharmacy has been nothing but helpful delivering my prescriptions free of charge when needed and answering questions about medication for me and when I am unwell giving me advise. Thank you for all the hard work you are doing and thank you for all the support!

We have used this pharmacy since we moved to Hackbridge 5yrs ago we have always found all the staff very helpful and friendly and always have time to answer questions and talk to you so glad they have finally moved into there new premises timettalk to you

Went to pick up prescription today, which should of been easy enough. However, the lady behind the counter was really pushing me to buy probiotic tablets. This was conveyed like a sales pitch. Which was not about my health but more for the pharmacy to make money. If it was necessary my doctor would prescribe it. This goes against everything, and it's sad that the elderly lady behind me bought this. During a recession!

Kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I feel very lucky to have this pharmacy on my doorstep.
