Boots

This is so much more than just a pharmacy bu this location in comparison with the one form Lakeside is a lot smaller and doesn'thave so many products available on the shelves but you can find many more other products and many times good offers too as they had over the Christmas period, gift sets especially were very diverse in good combinations and reasonably priced too, wonder in any time as you might get a good deal to suit you well! Recommend 👍🏻

Total rubbish,empty shelves,I stood waiting to speak to a member of staff for some help who just kept yapping away to another customer about holidays.I asked her for some help finding a product then she glared at me ,said hold on then dissapeard to the back of the shop,waited nearly ten minutes then I left the shop.Boots is really going downhill rapidly,you use to be able to ask a member of staff or ask Thier advice on what you needed and they would help you no problems.Its a rubbish shop now , empty shelves and awful members of staff.Im hardly surprised they are closing down alot of stores ,it's like they know the end is coming and they couldn't care less

There didnt seem to be much of a range/stock/selection of male care products. Can find more of a selection in the likes of Wilkos, Savers

Wonderful and helpful staff. I've struggled with my prescriptions but employees at Boots always helped me getting out of trouble. Their positive attitude combined with skillful approach makes all the difference in those trying times. Thank you.

Terrible service!

Waited 20 minutes in the queue to be seen, no apology for the wait. When I eventually got to the front of desk I was told I’d need to wait 30 minutes for a medication that was in the draw when the lady at the front desk checked the stock.

When I queried why I needed to wait. She stated that there was a queue of people in front of me.

The three people who were served before me was also told they’d need to come back in 30 minutes. This is with two pharmacist in the building. As I waited, I observed several other customers coming back to collect their medication after being told to come back and still having to wait or being told to come back another day. Honestly, this is the worse service I have experienced. This is completely unacceptable, the lack of compassion or apology for the wait is disgusting.

I go here to take my monthly prescription and the pharmacists are very curtious and polite. They help you comprehensively if need be and will step in if they think a medicine can be harmful to someone.
