This must be the worst Lloyds pharmacy I have ever had to visit, my mum is 91 and I always have problems collecting her proscription, there is always something missing.

For the second week running, Tuesday last week, Monday this week, this pharmacy in Addlestone is shut, I don't know if there were any other days, so customers cannot pick up their prescription drugs! Not acceptable, I've changed to Tesco's for our electronic prescriptions ☹️

Always have to double check prescriptions as more than once got it wrong. Also partner desperate for antibiotics following a chest infection diagnosis, but chemist was shut, without warning. Will be changing to tesco for future prescriptions

Pregnant wife was advised to come back in 15 minutes. Then another 30 minutes. Then another 15 minutes because pharmacist is on lunch. An hour waiting by a pregnant woman on her 30weeks. There should be 0 star rating for this pharmacy. Ridiculous service!

Been using this pharmacy for 20 years - never had an issue - staff always super polite and helpful
