Rowlands Pharmacy Selby

Truly shocking service, they can never get there act together. It does not seem to matter when you orde or pre-order your prescription, you end up waiting. Usually about 30 mins. Staff are kind and helpful. It’s just always seems to be such a Shambles and under staffed.

Went in to pick up a prescription. Waited a short while at the counter while a couple of staff members drank their coffees. Got served from a staff member who was running around in the back area and looked hot and bothered but friendly. However the pharmacist who was consulted over the prescription was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. In the end I was sick of the attitude so I departed. Very disappointing service which deserves the poor review which for me is very unusual.

I have an elderly neighbour who struggles to get to the doctors to order and collect her prescriptions. Me and the neighbour have both been and asked for help in getting her medication ordered and delivered. Staff unhelpful and made such a fuss saying this was not available. I went to ark pharmacy and they have been fantastic. It took all of 3 min to sort this for her. Shame on you rowlands. You need to improve your customer service........

Pet sitting in Carlton and wanted to pick up NHS covid test kit as someone I was near has tested positive. NHS web sit pointed to this pharmacy. Quick, friendly service. Thanks.

I cannot thank Rowlands staff enough for their extremely helpful attitude, and a special thankyou to the pharmacist who helped me today 13.07.22 resulting in much needed advise from a GP.

Excellent advice and service from the staff at Rowlands in Selby, all are very friendly and helpful. The Pharmacist was excellent and looked after me admirably, very pleased with the service 10/10

Just want to say a very big Thank you to all the staff the service my mum has received from you has been first class since my mum to Brayton two years ago nothing has been too much trouble even delivered her prescription to her home today within 10 mins of my mum ringing you about her delivery thank you you once again
