Totally incompetant, uninterested and dismissive staff.

The owner at the Swanscombe shop was also of no use and refused to acknowledge the serious issue of dispensing the wrong medicine for my husband.

I have reported them to my GP.

Just a suggestion: next time someone needs medical advice, especially if it's a delicate matter and there are other patients waiting, please follow patient confidentiality SOP and don't make that person fell embarrassed. Thank you

I cannot thank the staff here enough. I'm getting over covid and have a chest infection. A prescription was left for me incase it was needed at the Swan valley pharmacy. Unfortunately I am in need of the antibiotics now and the Swan Valley pharmacy is shut on Saturday. I thought that a bit stupid. Anyway I contacted Ackers and they pulled out all the stops for me and managed to get my prescription for immediate collection. They were so kind and understanding. I'm going to use them and recommend them in future. Plus they're open on Saturday morning. Thank so so much.
