Terrible, pharmacies always on lunch break. Most of time have to return and sometimes twice to collect your medicine.

shocking my mum has just come out of a long stay in hospital the GP send her medication order to the pharmacy on the 12th June we went to collect on the 15th June they said that they hadn't received the prescription, I have spent time on Monday the 17th June chasing the GP to make sure that they had sent the prescription, when I phoned the pharmacy they told me firstly that they were waiting for something that had to be ordered in which I knew wasn't true as my sister had gone through the list of medication required on Saturday to make sure they had it in stock... then I was told that they need to speak to my mum??? At such a stressful time this is not needed.......

Theres a lady in Boots who usually answers the phone during week and is particularly unhelpful.. I removed them from being my primary pharmacist only coz of her ... despite of doc sending prescriptions to them, however urgent they are, she would not budge and tell to wait.. very non serious attitude... rubbish service

I didn’t know real pain and suffering until I entered the boots pharmacy in chessington. I say enter, it’s near impossible to actually get in as they often leave for lunches or just leave you outside to wait. Once you finally manage to find a convenient time for them to enter, the challenge really begins. Michelle (manager) is often stood behind the counter scowling at customers as they come in and out of the shop. She’s normally the only one available to talk which is extremely difficult as she lacks any sort of basic social skills. Once you have gone blue in the face from repeating your name over and over, she will storm of to the back to do everything but look for your prescription. Michelle then does a complete disappearing act and is no where to be found. I’m honestly curious as to what happens back there, I get given a lot of time to think about it. After waiting in suspense not knowing whether I should be worried for Michelle or jealous, she emerges. I normally have mixed feelings, I’m happy that this traumatic experience is almost coming to an end but I’m sad Ill have to do this all again next month. but then I look down to see Michelle’s hands are empty and she’s coming back to ask my name. At this point I’ve lost all will live. Michelle again disappears into the back and once again in left waiting and wondering. Finally she returns from wherever she disappears to with nothing in her hand to tell me they’ve forgotten to order my prescription. As Michelle had already sucked the life and soul out of me I gave in and retreated home. In conclusion, Michelle is a soul sucking, socially incapable woman with a passion for inconveniencing as many people at one time. Rumour has it she has two left hands and one brain cell.

Worst pharmacy in the south, takes forever for them to do anything. A 45 minute wait is common here and the staff are very rude and miserable
