These guys - honestly.

They repeatedly fail to order important medication.

They are slow, ineffective, unhelpful.

They don't answer the phone. 48 calls - no answer.

They open late and close randomly.

It's almost the perfect case study on exactly the worst way to run a business and treat customers.

Spend 15 minutes waiting whilst they "hid" in a blind spot where the cannot see you, kept moving to and fro but would not look towards the counter, they knew l was there. Gave up in the end and walked out. Totally rubbish service

Repeat prescription not done again. Called ahead because of issues last time, was put on hold for 40 minutes, then she hung up. Called back and got through after waiting 20 minutes waiting for answer and was acused of being rude when I asked why she hung up on me.. Still not got prescription

Nightmare pharmacy. Went there at 0630am (5/10/22) to get an urgent prescription as I was in pain. It was closed and I asked this woman sitting there waiting, why it’s not open and she said * not open until 9am *. I said to her that it clearly states there and online that it’s open at 6am. So I returned about 20 mins later to see her behind the counter, she was the pharmacist and continually chatted to a friend and ignored me. Eventually she came to serve me, well I still don’t have my prescription as she told me to return at 9am or go elsewhere. This woman needs more customer service training. I will never choose to use this pharmacy again, it has totally gone down hill.

Ordered and paid online for same day pick up, of course I got there for them to tell me to come back as it wasn't ready even though I had the email confirmation telling me it was ready to collect. Came back again 2 hrs later and order still not ready. People all standing around not doing anything. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too… incompetent and of course they do not answer phone calls either

Don't visit this pharmacy. Constantly unable to provide medication, even when ordered with plenty of time. Never had a prescribing pharmacist, to prevent wasting GP/OOH's time.

Went today to collect a prescription and couldn't dispense it because their system was down (again) and unable to provide any advice on how to collect my prescription.

Shocking.

Awfully slow service. Needed to wait for at least 10 minutes at the till while the staff member was washing his mug (yes, they saw me and bluntly ignored, instead they went to wash their tea cup). Can`t make it up.

Was asked to call them today as they failed to get delivery of medicine as promised. Made at least 15 calls so far and noone is answering the phone. Pathetic and will not use them ever again.

flue jab cancelled 3hours before due time .
email said i had cancelled my jab if it was not me contact pharmacy.
a polite lady informed me that the vaccination technician was sick.
that head office had not been able to provide back up.
so a waisted 2 months wait .
they are special but really challenged with any top level interest or help .
wonder if their twinned with the bank such poor trade ethics .
