The pharmacist and the staff were very kind, and gave me a proper medicine after diagnosing symptoms thoroughly.

Seriously the nicest pharmacist and staff at this pharmacy. They went above and beyond to make sure I had my (hard to find due to a lactose intolerance) pills on the day I went in. Every other pharmacy I called said I would have to wait 3-5 days and I felt like I was putting them out trying to order it in but here they made sure I was looked after. I will not be using another pharmacy other than this one from now on. They are amazing at what they do and the advice they give. Thankyou so much for making my day easier x

I’ve had such a fantastic friendly service. Feels like everything a community pharmacy could possibly be. The manager Josh, made persistent calls to my doctors to check on my prescription for my baby’s special milk - I feel very cared for and so appreciate all their help. Thank you!

No complaints as a University of Bristol student who is also a diabetic - friendly staff and just around the corner from my accommodation, and always have my prescription when I need it.

Always friendly, professional, and helpful. Fast turnaround on prescriptions and do the seasonal flu jab. They were incredibly helpful when my doctor prescribed a medication for my baby's silent reflux that is no longer dispensed in the UK and their advice meant I was able to get the doctor to prescribe an alternative really quickly.
