The staff is rude. Poor listening to the patients and limited compassion. It is a shame.

I saw with my eyes a patient nearly crying because he was denied his mental health related medications, prescribed by the GP, just because he arrived three minutes after the closing time. 6:33pm.

When I asked if they could help this patient, the pharmacists said they needed to go home.
They bridged confidentiality by saying out of loud name and surname of the patient, alongside his medication.
I am supposed not to know such as private information.

The patient is now going to A&E to get his medication for tonight.

I am not sure what is the driver of these healthcare professionals, certainly not the mental healthcare of the residents.

It was heartbreaking.
