Murrays Chemist & Travel Clinic

I never write reviews but after yesterday's appointment, I couldn't not.

I can't speak more highly of the guys that work here. I went for blood work and after having had a bad experience in the past, I was very nervous to have this done again. The guys were so friendly and so professional, genuinely one of the nicest and easiest experiences given the circumstances! 10/10 to all the staff.

I have no idea if others do not like this chemist. All I know is, this chemist & the staff have been nothing but helpful and professional to me and my family for over a decade. I crawl into Moorefields hospital while having a asthma attack & was turned away and told to get a cab to UCH Euston ( 20mins away )....Taken quickly to Murray grove chemist & boys rip open inhaler packet within seconds. I can only imagine what might have happened to me if they didn't act so quickly using the red tape Moorefields so readily applied to saving a patient.

Great customer service, starting with the professional lady at the desk and the amazing gent that did my vaccine.

Nominated this pharmacy to do the prescriptions of my whole family and glad to say we have never encountered a single issue. My grandmother has always got her medication in time and they've gone the extra mile for her to help when theres even been manufacturer/supplier issues. Thank you guys!

Best chemist in the world! all the staff are so nice and helpful, services are efficient and quality. I've used this pharmacy for around 4 years never had any issues, medication always there on time, or the staff will make every effort to ensure you have what you need to get the medication issued as soon as possible, they make you feel comfortable and give you dignity as a customer, I think that is very important as a regular customer or just as a one off client! (This is not always the case by any means in most pharmacies I have used over the years). Never feel judged or like you are wasting time. I just have to give five stars but would give 12 if I could!!! Love this being my nominated pharmacy! Another useful tool is its possible to send and receive messages on the Google maps platform which usually gets an answer within a reasonable time and is great if you are unable to get through over the phone! ...

If you are traveling somewhere and need advice its an amazing place. Got all my vaccines and medicine I needed.

A nearby chemist wasn’t able to honour our appointment so we decided to try our luck at Murrays. Fortunately for us, they were able to see us almost immediately. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. We will definitely return.

Always friendly, efficient and helpful, with a personal touch. Lucky to have a local pharmacy like this nowadays!
