I must apologise to the staff at the Well Pharmacy in the Hillview Family Practice, the review I wrote previously was meant to be for the doctors surgery and NOT the Well Pharmacy!

The pharmacy is actually a very pleasant place to visit, with friendly, helpful staff and even though it's often very busy, the staff do all they can to serve customers as quickly as possible.

Pharmacist is very rude , the staff lie about prescriptions and they never have what you need and the waiting time is absolutely disgusting

Absolutely useless. They never pick up the phone. I went in twice to pick up my prescription to be told they would call me but they never do. Its been 3 weeks now and I've ben out of meds for just over a week.

Very helpful staff polite & professional.
They were excellent In the covid 19 crisis & stayed open for customers.
Really reasonable prices quick service & are connected to Hairclive Health Center too . Which is really convenient for patients to visit the well pharmacy strait after appointments.😎😎😎😎😎

I would give zero if that would be an option. Little back story: I went to GP with my 3 years old due to very high fever (over 40) and refusing to take calpol or similar gell-y sweet liquid. I was lucky to speak to very understanding GP who suggested specific medicine and went personally ask pharmacy if he sends prescription. As it’s not prescribed medicine GP was told to ask me call pharmacy myself to order it. The biggest mistake of my life. I spoke to male pharmacist mostly who was rude, unprofessional and bully. Instead of just pointing out price and how to order it he started to lecture me on how to give medicine to child, telling me he had 3 kids himself and he doesn’t believe me saying there is no way I can put “typical” medicine inside of my child. He was talking to me like I am child myself, very patronising and bully behaviour towards me. Very dangerous behaviour. if that happens to new mum, who is struggling and is stressed by her baby heath condition, who is trying her best to do everything for her baby, behaviour like this can be very damaging.
I was never more disgusted by the way somebody was talking to me.
And if this “lovely” pharmacist reads this comment : this may sound rude but leave your f…ing opinion to yourself.
